Built in 1910, the Mayo Building is "the oldest of Tulsa's existing oil business buildings", according to the Tulsa Preservation Commission. The building originally had five stories, but expansion in 1917 added an additional five stories. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2008 and is used for loft apartments today.
